Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal. All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is discounted versus paying month-to-month. Exact annual amounts are shown on the pricing page and come from live plan data.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely. You can switch between plans at any time. When upgrading, you will be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do individual book purchases include lifetime access?
Yes. When you purchase an individual book, you receive permanent access to that book through your account. This access is not tied to any subscription plan.
